Welcome to South Padre Island. We want your stay to feel effortless, relaxing, and drama-free. Please help us keep the property beautiful for everyone. • Registered guests only. No parties, events, or unauthorized visitors. • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighboring guests. • No smoking or vaping inside units. A minimum $250 odor remediation fee applies. • Pets must be approved in advance. Leashes required in all common areas. Guests must clean up after pets immediately. Excessive barking or aggressive behavior is not permitted. • Please do not leave food or trash outside the units. • Pool area rules: • NO GLASS allowed in or around the pool area under any circumstances. • No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. • Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. • No running, diving, roughhousing, or horseplay. • Call 911 immediately in the event of an emergency. • Towels, linens, and furnishings are for guest use only and may not be removed from the property. • Please rinse off sand before entering your unit when possible. Tiny beach souvenirs multiply like gremlins. 🏖️ • Report any maintenance issues promptly so we can address them quickly. • Guests are responsible for damages caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. • Check-out time must be observed unless late checkout has been approved in writing. • Illegal activity of any kind will result in immediate removal without refund.
