Pet Rules ($45 pet cleaning fee applies to every guest) Please have leash on pet while outside the unit. Please clean up after your pet to avoid extra fees. There are cameras on the exterior of property for the protection of all. NO GLASS bottles or containers of any sort in pool area. Smoking only in designated places as not to disturb other guests. Absolutely no smoking/vaping of any kind in the studio. Violators will be charged a cleaning fee. Simply respect other guests. ALL EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK OUT REQUESTS MUST BE APPROVED BY HOST OR COHOST. Please contact us for all such requests.

Pet Policy 🐾 ($45 pet cleaning fee applies) To keep Studios 17 clean, comfortable, and beach-happy for everyone, please follow these pet rules during your stay: • Pets must be disclosed and approved before arrival. Unauthorized pets may result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund. • Dogs must remain on a leash anytime outside your unit. • Guests are responsible for curbing and cleaning up after pets immediately. Please use designated waste bags and dispose of waste properly. • Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to other guests are not permitted. • Pets are not allowed in the pool area at any time. • Do not leave pets unattended in units for extended periods. • Any pet-related damage, stains, odors, flea treatment, excessive hair cleanup, or landscaping damage will result in additional cleaning or repair charges. • Failure to clean up after pets may result in a minimum $100 cleanup fee per occurrence. • Repeated violations of pet rules may result in removal from the property without refund. We love furry beach companions, but we also love keeping the property pristine for the next guest drifting in with flip-flops and sunscreen. 🌴 Pool Policy 🌊 For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, all guests must follow the pool rules below: • NO GLASS of any kind in or around the pool area. This includes bottles, drinkware, containers, and food dishes. Broken glass in a pool creates a serious hazard and may require full pool closure. Violations may result in a minimum $250 fee. • No lifeguard is on duty. Swim at your own risk. • Children under 16 years old must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No exceptions. • No running, diving, roughhousing, horseplay, or unsafe behavior in the pool area. • No smoking in the pool area. • No pets allowed inside the pool enclosure. • Please shower off sand before entering the pool when possible. Tiny beach souvenirs clog filters fast. 🏖️ • Quiet hours must be respected around the pool area. • Guests use pool facilities at their own risk. Property ownership and management are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost items. • In case of emergency, call 911 immediately. • If you notice unsafe conditions or pool issues, notify management promptly.
